Julian hands out a symbol to every participant and discusses the interpretations of that symbol. The symbol represents the pulse of you and the possibilities of what you can do on your journey.

Julian also works with the class concerning issues that they brought to the class earlier in the day. They run through an exercise in small groups discussing each person’s issue in terms of a set of works that Julian hands out: Why, My Choice, Others, Direction, Emotion, Physical Ability, Environment, Fulfillment

The session concludes with an affirmation stating that becoming is the magic of your life, not being.
